We focus on strategic genetics relative to EBV selections, balanced with carcase performance. IntraMuscular Fat % (IMF), Salable Meat Yeilds (SMY), daily weight gain growth and feed conversion efficiency are optimum to our selection process.
Calves are grass fed, grown out on pasture, silage and supplementary fed (grain assisted). Meets AUS-MEAT and MSA evaluation systems which caters to the domestic and butcher markets.
Feeder calves are not fed feed containing unnatural, genetically modified organisms (GMO) and are totally hormone and antibiotic free. QA assured with stringent safety and traceability standards.
